Valley Park Elementary PTO is rolling out the red carpet for our biennial 2024 Lights, Camera, Auction Dinner & Auction on April 20, 2024, at The Venue in Leawood.

Beyond the glitz, this event is the cornerstone of our fundraising efforts. Our goal is to raise at least $45,000, which will allow us to provide crucial funding for Valley Park's classroom needs, staff appreciation, teacher grants, and student enrichment programs for the next two years. Your partnership is pivotal, as the support of VPE families and local businesses like yours sustains these essential programs.

Tickets are $50 per person and include appetizers, dinner, dessert, an open bar, and of course dancing. Tickets are expected to sell out – so buy yours today!

Never been to a Valley Park Auction before and wondering what to expect? This adults-only event is a great opportunity to mingle with other parents, enjoy some great food and drinks and bid on both silent and live auction items to benefit our school. While you don't have to be present at the event to bid on silent auction items online, we would love for you to join us! Our theme this year is "Lights Camera Auction." You are welcome to come dressed to the nines - OR - as your favorite actor, musician, or movie/tv character! This event is all about having a great time with your fellow VPE parents/guardians and supporting our amazing school!

 

 

We have been working hard over the past few months to collect donations from local businesses that you may bid on both before and during the auction. You'll find a wide selection of gift cards, family experiences, and more! These items will go live on April 20th. 

We are so excited to feature AMAZING ITEMS that will only be available for bidding during the event. You won't want to miss your chance to score one (or more!) of them. Please note Live Auction packages will only be available to in-person attendees

Classroom Artwork
Your children have been working hard with their classmates to create some fun works of art over the past few weeks, and the originals will be available for bidding before and during the auction! All pieces will also be on display during the auction! If you're not able to snag one of the originals, never fear! Smaller prints of each classroom's piece will be available for purchase after the event.
